1.Standard Products: Unopened or unused standard products may be eligible for return or exchange upon negotiation.

2.Customized Products: Customized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.

3.Unproduced Orders: Customers can negotiate for a full refund for orders placed but not yet produced.

4.Unpaid Balances: If a customer has paid a deposit but fails to pay the remaining balance upon completion of production, no refund will be issued, and goods will not be shipped.

5.Order Modifications: Changes to orders already in production require mutual agreement and may incur additional charges.

6.Refund Process: Customers requesting a refund must submit a written request with supporting evidence. The company will review and process refunds promptly.

7.Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed promptly, with specific timing dependent on payment method and banking processes.

8.Unpaid Taxes: In the event of unpaid import taxes or fees by the customer upon arrival of goods in their country, the supplier reserves the right to detain and dispose of the goods within 7 working days, including through local disposal or scrapping by appointed agents.
