| 2010, we established the Advance Cutter Grinding Center, officially entering the cutting tool manufacturing industry. Initially, we mainly focused on cutting tool grinding and also engaged in the sales of branded cutting tools. 2011, we established T&T PERFECT TOOLS as a wholesale sales center for cutting tools, hardware, and accessories. 2015, CS TOOLS was established in Johor Bahru, focusing on woodworking machinery, cutting tool accessories, and Industry 4.0 services, providing comprehensive solutions for furniture factories. 2016, encouraged by the director Stephen Z, we began planning a series of PCD and TCT cutting tool production lines and invested in advanced equipment such as MAZAK CNC lathes from Japan, CNC 5-axis machining centers from Taiwan, and EDM machines from Germany. In the same year, we renamed Advance as ATC Diamond Union Group and established it as the group's headquarters for production and research and development, undertaking the important role of product development and production. 2019, we established the DiZiK Tooling Group subsidiary in China to highlight the DiZiK brand, integrate the entire industry supply chain, combine trade and industry, and cover the entire industry chain from upstream to downstream, providing broader coverage and support for our business. 2020, we introduced elite investments in the machinery industry and established a new woodworking machinery equipment brand, PERFRO, to provide innovative woodworking machinery solutions. PERFRO is committed to providing advanced machinery and technical support for furniture factories and the woodworking industry to promote industry development and progress. Through continuous innovation and development, our company has become a leader in the industrial cutting tools field.
