Refund Policy & Additional Terms

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

1.1 Standard Products

Unopened, unused, and undamaged standard products may be eligible for return or exchange, subject to mutual negotiation and approval. Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

1.2 Customized Products

Customized, made-to-order, or non-standard products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or quality issue attributable to DiZiK. No refunds will be issued for customized orders due to customer design changes, specification errors, or order cancellation after production has commenced.

1.3 Unproduced Orders

For orders that have been placed but not yet entered production, customers may request a full refund via written application. Refunds will be processed promptly after mutual confirmation, subject to any applicable administrative fees (if agreed in the order contract).

1.4 Unpaid Balances

If a customer has paid a deposit but fails to settle the remaining balance within the agreed timeframe after production completion, DiZiK reserves the right to forfeit the deposit, withhold shipment of the goods, and dispose of the products without further notice. No refund will be issued in this scenario.

1.5 Order Modifications

Changes to orders already in production require written mutual agreement between both parties. Any modifications may incur additional charges for material, labor, or production rework, which will be confirmed in writing before implementation.

2. Refund Process & Timeline

2.1 Refund Application

Customers requesting a refund must submit a formal written request via email to info@diziktool.com, including supporting evidence (order number, product photos, defect reports, etc.). All requests will be reviewed by our customer service and quality control teams within 3-5 working days.

2.2 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed promptly. The exact timeline depends on the original payment method and banking procedures:

  • T/T Bank Transfer: 3-7 working days
  • Alipay/PayPal: 1-3 working days
  • Other payment methods: Subject to the payment provider's processing cycle

3. Additional Terms & Responsibilities

3.1 Import Taxes & Customs Fees

Customers are fully responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees applicable in their destination country. In the event of unpaid import taxes or fees upon goods arrival, DiZiK reserves the right to detain the goods for 7 working days. If the customer fails to settle the outstanding amount within this period, DiZiK may dispose of the goods (including local disposal, scrapping via appointed agents, or return to origin at the customer's cost) without further liability.

Important Note: These terms are subject to the specific conditions outlined in the signed order contract and quotation. Customers are solely responsible for any consequences arising from unpaid taxes, customs fees, or failure to comply with local import regulations.
