- Customized diamond tools: 1-5 pcs (unified global standard)
3. Do you provide product catalogs?
Yes, we provide product catalogs (PDF format: English) to help global customers understand our products. For Malaysia/Southeast Asia customers, our local team can also provide physical catalogs and on-site product demonstrations. You can download digital catalogs via the "Download" section in Resources, or contact us for customized regional catalogs.
4. Are standard products in stock?
Yes, we maintain stock in dual warehouses to support global delivery:
- Malaysia warehouse: Standard TCT sawblades, router bits, boring bits etc (3-7 days delivery for Malaysia/Southeast Asia)
- China factory warehouse: Full range of standard cutting tools (7-10 days for global export preparation)
